One-Time General Towing Liability Waiver

GENERAL TOWING LIABILITY WAIVER AND SERVICE AUTHORIZATION. I am authorized to accept this agreement for the organization creating this account. The organization authorizes Snatched Towing & Recovery, its employees, agents, and contractors to tow, load, transport, handle, store, and deliver vehicles requested through this portal. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organization assumes the ordinary risks associated with towing and transportation and releases and holds harmless Snatched Towing & Recovery, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from claims for vehicle damage, property damage, loss, loss of use, diminished value, incidental damages, or consequential damages arising from services requested through the account, regardless of cause, except for liability that applicable law does not permit to be waived. The organization is responsible for providing accurate vehicle, access, pickup, destination, and special-handling information. This waiver applies to all towing requests submitted under this organization account until replaced by a later written agreement. I understand that my electronic signature is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature.
